Hypnotherapy and Hypnocoaching Pricing Structure

Telephone Consultation 20-30 Minutes - No charge

Initial in-depth session approximately 90 Minutes over 18s only - £80

After your initial longer session you will have 1 hour sessions priced at £65.

Sessions for children under 18s are also £65 per hour, with shorter sessions available for young children priced accordingly.

Double Sessions - Should you have an upcoming event or challenge for which you need to prepare at short notice (flight, job interview, presentation, sporting event), you may wish to book a one off double session. These are priced at £120 and allow us to explore and address your needs in an in-depth and thorough way, when time is of the essence.

Hypnotic Reiki Drum* Journeying - £65
This combines Reiki Drumming with hypnotic style journeying. Each session is tailored to your needs and includes initial discussion to shape your experience to your needs and to engage your higher self in the process.
You can choose to connect to your spirit guide, your nature spirit or animal totem. Maybe you want to ask your higher self for advice or to connect more deeply to you intuition and gently work through any problems or issues you may be facing.

*Reiki drumming has some contraindications and clients will be asked to sign a waiver before beginning the treatment. You can preview this below.

FAQ

How many sessions will I need?

This really does depend on the individual and on the client's personal desire for change. I usually recommend a course of 5 sessions, after the initial session, to ensure lasting change, although fewer sessions are sometimes sufficient. This will be decided with each client as treatment progresses. Initially, sessions are approximately once every 10 to 14 days and then become more spaced out as clients progress. Children and teenagers often need fewer sessions than adults, and a course of 3 + the initial consultation is typical.

How do I pay?

I accept cash or payments by bank transfer at the beginning of each session.

Should circumstances occur, which are beyond your control and which mean that you need to change an appointment, you may do so with a minimum 24 hours notice. Appointment times are in demand and so should you need to rearrange, please give as much notice as is possible.

Do you offer home visits?

Should exceptional circumstances mean that you would require a home visit, I am willing to travel to you within a 10 mile radius, but there is an additional charge of £20 for this.

I offer an initial telephone consultation, at my expense, to all clients where we discuss your needs and I explain exactly what therapy or coaching will involve for you.
